This Privacy Policy defines the principles of processing and protection of personal data provided by Users.

  1. In order to ensure the security of the data entrusted to us, we have developed internal procedures and recommendations to prevent unauthorized access to data. We control their implementation and constantly check their compliance with the relevant legal acts – the Personal Data Protection Act, the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means, as well as all types of implementing acts and acts of Community law.
  2. The source of personal data is the provision of it in the contact form, and also when entering into interaction on our social media, some information is collected automatically using technologies such as cookies.

  1. We use personal data for the following purposes:
    • adapting the website to user preferences,
    • obtaining anonymous data on how users use the website,
    • ensuring user safety
    • handling e-mail correspondence, contact form, social media handling (legal basis: Art. 6 sec. 1 let. f GDPR)
    • handling the account created by the user (legal basis: Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR)
    • order handling (including: invoicing, complaints, withdrawals from the contract)
  2.  When using the contact form service, the User provides the following data:

    • phone number
    • completed/current school of psychotherapy – in the case of some forms
    • professional experience – for some forms
  3. When placing an order, the User provides the following data:
    • email address

    • company name and tax identification number (optional)
    • invoice details
    • phone number (optional)
    • e-mail
  4. In other cases described in section 1, the User may transfer:
    • email-address

    • phone number
    • invoice details
    • user agent information

When using the Website, additional information may be downloaded, in particular: the IP address assigned to the User’s computer or the external IP address of the Internet provider, domain name, browser type, access time, operating system type, approximate location, navigation data, including information about the links and references they decide to click on or other actions taken on the Website.
  6. Data is stored as long as necessary. Especially when executing the contact form, data will be stored to enable the execution of these activities. In addition, it will be stored until the end of the limitation period for any claims.
  7. The entities processing your data, in addition to the Administrator, are service providers to whom personal data is transferred, depending on the contractual arrangements and circumstances. These are in particular entities operating the hosting system, e-mail system, payment operator, invoicing system and CRM and CMS provider.
  8. Navigation data may also be collected from Users, including information about links and references they decide to click on or other actions taken on the Website. Legal basis – legally justified interest (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR), consisting in facilitating the use of services provided electronically and improving the functionality of these services.
  9. The personal data provided may be used to target groups of recipients for marketing purposes and may be used to create target groups during advertising creations in the Google and Meta networks.
  10. Part of the personal data is transferred to service providers based outside the EEA. In connection with the transfer of data outside the EEA, the providers guarantee a high level of protection of personal data and apply appropriate measures to secure the transfer of data in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR.
  11. The provision of data is voluntary.

In connection with this privacy policy and the GDPR (the use of these rights is referred to in Articles 16-21 of the aforementioned regulation), the user has the following rights:

  • The right to restrict data processing
  • The right to access data
  • The right to rectify data
  • The right to data portability

The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office regarding a violation of his or her rights to personal data protection or other rights granted under the GDPR.

  1. The Website uses small files called cookies. They are saved on the end device of the person visiting the Website, if the web browser allows it. A cookie file usually contains the name of the domain from which it comes, its “expiration time” and an individual, randomly selected number identifying this file. Information collected using files of this type helps to adapt the products offered to the individual preferences and actual needs of people visiting the Website. They also make it possible to develop general statistics of visits to the products presented on the Website.
  2. The Service uses two types of cookies: session cookies – after the end of a given browser session or when the computer is turned off, the saved information is deleted from the device’s memory. The session cookie mechanism does not allow for downloading any personal data or any confidential information from Users’ computers and persistent cookies: they are stored in the memory of the User’s end device and remain there until they are deleted or expire. The persistent cookie mechanism does not allow for downloading any personal data or any confidential information from the Users’ computer.
  3. The cookie mechanism is safe for the computers of the Website Users. In particular, it is not possible for viruses or other unwanted software or malware to get into the computers of the Users in this way. Nevertheless, in their browsers, the Users have the option of limiting or disabling the access of cookie files to the computers. In the case of using this option, the use of the Website will be possible, except for the functions that by their nature require cookies.
