E-Schema was created by certified specialists for therapists and people interested in Schema Therapy.
E-Schema is a space created by Trainers-Supervisors of Schema Therapy (certified by ISST), with the aim of supporting other professionals. Our activity is constantly developing through organizing trainings, creating educational materials and cooperation with leading experts from Poland and abroad. Our goal is to build a dynamic and inspiring therapeutic community that supports the development of knowledge and practice of Schema Therapy at the highest level.
Master of Science in Psychology, certified cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist, PTTPB certificate no. 47, is a Supervisor-Trainer of Individual Schema Therapy ISST 2606 and a Supervisor-Trainer of Group Schema Therapy ISST 96-TS.
She gained clinical experience by diagnosing and working individually at the 24-hour Affective Disorders Ward at the Bródnowski Hospital and conducting group psychotherapy at the 13th Day Ward of the Hospital at Nowowiejska Street. She intensively expanded her knowledge of conducting psychotherapy in Poland and abroad (Oxford, England) – she has participated in training in schema therapy since 2005. She conducted classes for future therapists at the following universities: SWPS, WUM, CTPB and CBT as well as at the Medical Academy in Casablanca and for Ukrainian psychotherapists.
He conducts individual and group therapy and his work is subjected to constant, regular supervision by foreign supervisors.
She prepared the Polish language version for over 4 hours of training videos for conducting Schema Therapy and translated Tena Davies’s mode and schema guides. She presented Group Schema Therapy workshops at the international Inspire 2024 Conference. She co-hosted a series of webinars for ISST members, including Jeffrey Young, Ruth Holt, David Edwards. She is a board member of the International Society for Schema Therapy (ISST). She was the main person responsible for organizing the ISST Inspire 2024 conference in Warsaw, which was, in the opinion of the association’s members, the most successful schema therapy conference to date.
Master of Psychology, Schema Therapy Supervisor (ISST) No. 3241, certified Schema Therapy Psychotherapist (Certificate No. 2415, advanced level) Group Schema Therapist 71-A certified Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapist (Certificate No. 282), in the process of supervisory training PTTPB. He is a member of the International Society of Schema Therapy (ISST) and the Polish Society of Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapy. He works under constant supervision of certified ISST and PTTPB Supervisors. He deals with therapy of people with personality disorders, anxiety and depression.
He gained his professional experience working at the University Clinical Center in Gdańsk, conducting individual and group therapy in the day and closed wards and in public and private clinics and offices. He developed as a psychotherapist by participating in international conferences, trainings and supervision.
He conducts classes for psychotherapists at schools: Crescentia, Poza Schematami, Interego and the Medical Academy in Gdańsk. He is the owner of a therapy dog named Paszczak.
MA in psychology, supervisor and trainer of Schema Therapy (ISST), certified schema therapy psychotherapist (Certificate No. 608, advanced level) certified cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist (Certificate No. 238). He is a member of the International Society of Schema Therapy (ISST) and the Polish Society for Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapy. He provides therapy for adults with anxiety, depressive, eating, personality disorders, low self-esteem, experiencing relationship problems in their personal and professional lives.
She gained her initial experience at the Mental Health Outpatient Clinic, at the Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology in Warsaw, at the Department of Neurology and the Department of Psychosis Relapse Prevention, at the Psychosomatic Clinic in Warsaw. She works under constant supervision of PABCT certified supervisors andreceives supervision from ISST supervisors.
